Description

Features

PID Controllers – controllers for each group that ensure temperature consistency for multiple coffee types.

Saturated Boilers – each group gets its own independently controlled 1.9-liter brew boiler.

Individual Shot Timers – By tracking the extraction time from the start to the end of the shot, baristas can ensure consistent quality in each espresso pull. Shot timing is essential because the length of time water is in contact with coffee grounds significantly impacts flavor and strength.

Volumetric Shot Programming – stops automatically after brewing the programmed shot volume

Updated Ergonomics – a low-set control cluster to improve workflow at rush hour.

Stainless Steel Steam Wands – Rocket Espresso’s patented cool-touch technology keeps the steam wand safe to handle, as only the nozzle heats up. This durable wand features a two-hole tip and is activated by a large, ergonomic control knob at the top for easy use.
