Description
Features
Dual Boiler – Features two separate boilers for brewing and steaming, enabling simultaneous operation with optimal temperature stability. The dedicated brew boiler ensures consistent water temperature for espresso extraction, while the steam boiler provides instant, powerful steam for frothing milk.
Volumetric control – Automates brewing with programmable buttons for consistent shot volumes, streamlining the process for baristas in busy settings, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
Saturated Groups – The group head is directly integrated with the boiler, ensuring it is continuously saturated with hot water.
PID temperature controller – Precisely regulates the water temperature used for brewing. It constantly measures the actual temperature and compares it with the desired setpoint. If a discrepancy is detected, the PID controller adjusts the power sent to the heating element. This method minimizes temperature fluctuations and overshoot, ensuring optimal brewing conditions for consistent espresso quality.
Digital Display – The display enables the operator to interact with the espresso machine to visibly change parameter values.
