Volumetric Control – 4 programmable volumetric controls per group for a simple and consistent workflow
Steady Brew Technology (SB) – Technology is the evolution of the traditional thermosiphon system and introduces a set of innovative features designed to improve the performance of all single-boiler espresso machines.
Advanced Boiler Management (ABM) – This system includes a control that detects pressure changes in the boiler and automatically adjusts the heater to maintain stability.
Dose Setting and Plug & Brew – Baristas can program up to 4 different brew dosages for each group. Thanks to the Plug & Brew function, dosages and main functions are preloaded by default upon installation and ready to use.
C-Lever – ergonomically planned steam hand highlights two positions, beat steam (down) or steam completely on (up).
Cup warmer – an exceptional warming component with five degrees of controlled warmth on the highest point of the machine to keep cups hot.
Cool touch steam wand – The cool touch steam wand is thermally insulated with a double protective coating.

Warranty & Returns
Standard warranty covers the replacement of defective parts for up to 2 years after
purchase date.
30-Day Returns – Standard returns Returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer
within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received per our
inspection or else dockages may be incurred. A 20% restocking fee applies to espresso machines, brew
equipment and grinders; this covers subsequent physical and mechanical inspection, additional
setup/testing, and restocking post receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to our facility
(located in Austin, Texas), along with any associated costs that may be incurred.
