Thermal Energy Recovery System (TERS) – Utilizes discharged water to preheat incoming water through a recycling system, significantly reducing waste.
Electronic temperature control system – Boiler pressure is programmable on 2.8” touch display and utilizes a PID, improving steam pressure and extraction temperature stability.
T3 Technology – Set three independent temperatures for the steam boiler, the brew boiler, and the saturated group head.
Soft Infusion System (SIS) – Enables water to first contact the coffee solely through supply pressure, gradually increasing to 9 bar as the group-head chamber fills. This ensures optimal extraction every time, regardless of user technique or tamping consistency, and helps minimize channeling.
Volumetric control – Stops automatically after brewing the programmed shot volume.
Auto-flushing group heads – Automatically discharges the exact amount of hot water needed to flush the head once the portafilter is removed after a shot.
